God uses this same phrase for each day of creation ([Gen 1:5](Genesis%201.md#^5), [8](Genesis%201.md#^8), [13](Genesis%201.md#^13), [19](Genesis%201.md#^19), [23](Genesis%201.md#^23) and [31](Genesis%201.md#^31)).
